4. Prescriptions and Compounded Medications
Prescription products require a valid prescription from a licensed healthcare provider. Compounded medications provided through our partner pharmacies are not FDA-approved finished drug products. Results vary by individual and are not guaranteed.
5. Payment and Subscriptions
By subscribing to our services, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. All fees are disclosed at checkout. Subscription cancellations must be submitted before your next renewal date to avoid being charged for the following period.
6. Refund Policy
By law, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds on prescription medications once they have been dispensed by a pharmacy. If you experience a shipping issue (e.g., damage or loss), please contact support@nobsrx.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
