1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using NoBSRx.com (the "Website"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

2. Use of Services

NoBSRx.com provides a telehealth platform that connects users with licensed healthcare providers and compounding pharmacies. Our services are intended for adults (18+) who are legally able to enter into binding contracts. You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

3. Medical Disclaimer

NoBSRx.com is not a pharmacy or a medical practice. We facilitate connections between patients and independent, licensed healthcare providers. Any medical decisions are made solely by the licensed provider assigned to your case. The information on this website is for informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice.

4. Prescriptions and Compounded Medications

Prescription products require a valid prescription from a licensed healthcare provider. Compounded medications provided through our partner pharmacies are not FDA-approved finished drug products. Results vary by individual and are not guaranteed.

5. Telehealth Consent

Use of the Website to obtain a clinical evaluation or prescription requires you to provide informed consent to receive services via telehealth. Please review our Telehealth Informed Consent before submitting an intake.

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

You may cancel a subscription at any time by emailing support@nobsrx.com or by managing your subscription in your patient portal. To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, you must submit your cancellation request at least three (3) business days before your next renewal date. By law, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds on prescription medications once they have been dispensed by a pharmacy. If your shipment is lost, damaged, or incorrect, contact support@nobsrx.com within seven (7) days of the expected delivery date and we will work with the dispensing pharmacy to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement at no additional cost when warranted. Membership or consultation fees that have not yet been applied to a dispensed prescription may be refunded at our discretion. 7. Pharmacy Partners

NoBSRx.com partners with the following independent, U.S.-licensed compounding and dispensing pharmacies. The pharmacy that fills your prescription is determined by the prescribing provider based on your location, clinical needs, and pharmacy availability, and may change without notice. Patients should not contact pharmacies directly regarding prescriptions; please contact NoBSRx support at support@nobsrx.com for assistance.

8. State Coverage

Currently offering services in all 50 states plus Washington D.C. Some services may not be available in all 50 states or Washington D.C. Subject to change.

9. Payment and Subscriptions

By subscribing to our services, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. All fees are disclosed at checkout. Subscription cancellations are governed by the Cancellation and Refund Policy above.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on NoBSRx.com, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of NoBSRx and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without our express written permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NoBSRx.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 90 days preceding the claim.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
